As a 'Founder Designer' at Beanstock, I led the creation of two key products: Beanstock.com, a platform for investors to find, finance, and manage real estate portfolios, and BeanstockPro Dashboard, a tailored SaaS product for real estate agents. The dashboard guides agents through property-specific questions to assess if a property meets Beanstock's standards, potentially resulting in listings on Beanstock.com for increased investor visibility.
1. Time optimization: reduced internal upload time, enhancing efficiency and productivity for agents and employees.
2. Informed decision-making: by providing data-driven insights, the dashboard streamlines agents' decision-making, enabling them to make well-informed choices based on accurate projections.
